After some hearing, it is agreed between the parties that the Petitioner/Plaintiff (hereinafter, "Plaintiff") may be given one opportunity to cross-examine the Tehsildar - Mr. Sameer Sharma. The reports of the Tehsildar dated 2nd June, 2010 and 3rd July, 2010 as also the crossexamination, which would now be conducted by the Plaintiff, shall be considered in totality at the time of final disposal of the suit itself. The opportunity is being granted subject to payment of Rs.1 lakh as costs to be paid to the Respondents. The cross examination shall be conducted on the date/s fixed by the Trial Court and no adjournment shall be granted as the suit is of 1993.

Mr. Ganju, ld. Senior Counsel submits that he wishes to place on
record the satellite imagery including Google maps, of the land in question in support of his case both in the suit, as also the contempt application. For this purpose, the Plaintiff may move an application before the Trial Court, which shall be considered in accordance with law. 3.
Any observations made in the impugned order, shall be considered as observations made for the disposal of the applications filed by the Plaintiff, and shall not be binding at the stage of final adjudication. 4.
No further orders are called for in this petition. The same is disposed of in the above terms.
