These petitions have been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Order dated 15.05.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the, 'Tribunal') in O.A. No.1368/2021, titled Chandan Singh & Ors. v. Union Public Service Commission & Ors. [in W.P.(C) 14566/2023], O.A. No. 1406/2021, titled Naveen Jangid & Ors. v. Union Public Service Commission & Ors. [in W.P.(C) 14570/2023] and in O.A. No.1394/202, titled Satish Anand & Ors. v. Union Public Service Commission & Ors. [in W.P.(C)14573/2023], wherein the learned Tribunal disposed of the said O.A.(s) filed by the respondents herein.

In view of the Judgment dated 10.11.2025 passed by the Supreme Court in SLP(C) 26487/2023, titled Kailash Prasad v. Union Public Service Commission & Ors., we find no merit in the present petitions. The same are, accordingly, dismissed. 3.

The petitioner shall comply with the Order of the learned Tribunal in terms of the directions of the Supreme Court. 4.

The pending applications stand disposed of.
