1.1 In support of this plea, reliance is placed on the affidavit dated 13.08.2024.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.

We make it clear that the closure of the above-captioned writ petition will not impact the garnishee notice issued by the Government of India under the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015 to the petitioner.

Needless to add, the closure of the instant writ petition will not prevent the petitioner from protecting its interest qua the garnishee notice in accordance with the law.
