The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 364/2022, registered at P.S. Vasat Kunj South for the offences under Sections 498A/406/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The petition is premised on a compromise between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2. In furtherance thereof, the parties have already obtained a divorce by mutual consent. The Petitioner has, in fact, also made part payment of INR 5,00,000/- to the Complainant. 2.

However, in light of the order passed on 17th July, 2025, counsel for the Petitioners states that he would like to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to raise all rights and contentions as available in law before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.
