% 17.07.2025 Mr. Ramesh Chander, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal ["the Tribunal"] for the same relief. Mr. Chander submits that the Tribunal may be requested to accord priority to the present case, as the petitioner is due to superannuate in the year 2026. As far as this aspect is concerned, the petitioner may approach the Tribunal seeking an expedited hearing.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
