Having regards to the statement of Mr. Somnath Das and Mr. Madan Mohan K.R, Authorized Representative of respondent, Bank Guarantee bearing no.
IGT1900219 dated 06-02-2019 for an amount of Rs.
24,77,75,876.00 valid upto 03-2-2020 (Ex. R-3) is found in order and accordingly, the same is hereby accepted.
Petitioner is directed to keep the Bank Guarantees Ex. R-3 alive till the disposal of the case and submit renewed/extended Bank Guarantee atleast four weeks in advance before the expiry of the aforesaid bank guarantee.
In case petitioner failed to place on record the extended Bank Guarantees within four weeks, Registry is directed to put this file before this court.
It is noted that petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs. 24,77,75,876/- with the Registry of this court. Respondent furnished bank guarantee for an amount of Rs. 24,77,75,876/- hence, Registry is directed to release the amount as deposited by petitioner equivalent to the bank guarantee Ex.
