The petition is essentially for the directions to restrain respondent nos.1 to 3 from interfering in the construction work being carried out by the petitioner. Some further directions have been sought against respondent no.4 to comply with the settlement deed.

With respect to the prayer (b), the petitioner will have to take appropriate remedy in accordance with law as the private dispute cannot be adjudicated under the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

was received and thereupon the police have visited the spot. According to her, there is no interference in any manner against the construction in question. She however submits that the construction has to take place in accordance with law.

In view thereof, there remains no reason to keep this petition pending and the same is disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of. 5.
