Learned counsel for the plaintiff is seeking permission to withdraw the above two suits in view of the settlement arrived at inter-se the parties. 2.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the plaintiff, the above two suits are permitted to be withdrawn. 3.

I.A. 6874/2024 in CS (COMM)807/2023 (under Section 151 of CPC on behalf of the Plaintiff for Refund of Court Fees) I.A. 6876/2024 in CS(COMM) 808/2023 (under Section 151 of CPC on behalf of the plaintiff for Refund of Court Fees) 4.

The above two applications have been filed by the plaintiff for refund of Court Fees.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that summons of the suit have not been issued to the defendants till date and that the matter has been settled inter se the parties. Learned counsel thus requests that the Court Fee may be refunded to the plaintiff.

Considering that the matter has been settled inter-se the parties in an out of Court settlement and also that the summons of the suit have not been served upon the defendants, the Registry is directed to refund the entire Court Fees in the above two matters, to the plaintiff on completion of formalities.
