% 18.11.2019 Vide the present application, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in FIR No. 136/2018 registered at Police Station - D.B.G. for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC.
In view of the serious allegations against the petitioner and the fact that the relinquishment deed of the year 2016 is fake, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
The bail application is accordingly dismissed. Pending application also stands disposed of.
