Mr. Pradeep Mehta, Decree Holder, appears in person and submits that he has received an assurance from Mr. Ram Singh, the sole remaining Judgment Debtor, from whom a sum of ₹9,45,236/- remains due and payable.

He has also handed over a photocopy of a cheque bearing No. 000005 for a sum of ₹1,00,000/-, which, according to him, has been issued by the said Judgment Debtor towards part payment of the aforesaid outstanding amount.

He further submits that he has been assured that the remaining amount shall be paid within a period of eight (08) weeks from today. 4.

In view of the aforesaid statement and the assurance stated to have been received from the Judgment Debtor, Ram Singh, this Court is of the opinion that the present matter can be disposed of. 5.

In the event the aforesaid Judgment Debtor fails to discharge the entire outstanding amount of ₹9,45,236/- within the aforesaid The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. period of eight (08) weeks, Decree Holder shall be at liberty to approach this Court for revival of the present Petition. 6.
