% 21.03.2018 Vide order dated 16.02.2018, it was put to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to whether the petitioner had submitted a representation pursuant to the liberty granted to him by this Court vide order dated 17.01.2018 in W.P.(C) 426/2018. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 07.02.2018 to respondent no.3. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order passed on its representation.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
