This is an application filed by the decree-holder seeking modification of the order dated 30.08.2024.

Mr. Singh, learned counsel states that in the supplementary part of the order it has been stated that the affidavit mentioned in paragraph 18 need not be filed whereas it should be paragraph 17. It is ordered accordingly and the paragraph shall now read as under:- "At oral request of learned counsels for the parties, the affidavit as mentioned in para 17 of this order need not be filed till the next date of hearing."
