As per Mediation report dated 25th March 2026, a settlement agreement has been arrived at between the parties. The Court has perused the settlement and finds it to be lawful and acceptable. The settlement agreement has been signed by the parties as well as countersigned by counsels. 2.
As per the settlement, Mr. Iftekar Ahmad, counsel for appellant, makes a plea for withdrawal of the matter.

Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications are rendered infructuous.

The parties will be bound by the terms of the settlement. 5.
Statutory deposit, if any, shall be duly refunded to the appellant 6.
