% 16.12.2019 Petitioner is aggrieved of order of 7th October, 2019 passed by the competent authority vide which his application seeking parole has been rejected. Vide this petition, petitioner is praying for quashing of order of 7th October, 2019 as well as parole for two months. Learned Additional Standing Counsel has placed on record status report dated 16th December, 2019 which inter alia states that petitioner had earlier availed parole for two weeks up to 19th July, 2019 and he will be eligible for parole after six months thereof. i.e. after 19th January, 2020.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition, with liberty to file the similar petition, if need be.
