This is a fresh petition filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking to quash the FIR No.791/2023 dated 17/10/2023 for offences punishable under Sections 323/354/506/509 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Keshav Puram, Delhi.
