This is a fresh petition filed by the petitioner under Section 483(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking cancelation of the bail granted to the Accused/Respondent No. 2, Danish Manawa, vide Order dated 28.02.2025 passed by the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge -07, (POCSO) West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, in F.I.R. No.78 of 2025 dated 22.01.2025 for offence under Sections 64(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Sections 4/12/21 of the POCSO Act registered with Police Station Rajouri Garden, New Delhi.
