The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking furlough for a period of three weeks.

Learned counsel for R-1/UOI submits that though this fact is not mentioned by the petitioner in this petition, another writ petition bearing W.P.(Crl.) No.2806/2015 earlier filed by the present petitioner seeking parole has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 20.01.2016 on the ground that he has availed three weeks furlough in the recent past i.e. with W.P.(CRL) 528/2016

effect from 22.08.2015 to 12.09.2015. He has placed on record the copy of the order dated 20.01.2016.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition.
