This matter has been taken up on an office note pointing out a typographical error in Paragraph 11 of the Order dated 17.07.2025 passed by this Court.

Due to the said typographical error, it has been recorded that the petitioner shall, after expiry of furlough of 10 days i.e., on 29.05.2025, surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent. 3.

It is submitted that the correct date ought to be 28.07.2025 and not 29.05.2025.

In view of the above, the same stands corrected and the correct date of surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent be changed from 29.05.2025 to 28.07.2025.

Accordingly, corrigendum to Order dated 17.07.2025 be issued to this effect.
