Learned counsel for petitioner has handed over the affidavitcum-undertaking across the board. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the two FDRs for a sum of Rs. 25 lakhs each are lying in Bail Appln. 1063/2024. Registry is directed to report whether the two FDRs for a sum of Rs. 25 lakhs each are lying in Bail Appln. 1063/2024 or not before the next date of hearing.
