Learned APP for the State submits that the second supplementary challan has been filed which is accompanied by the FSL Report from the Ballistic Division as well as the Sanction Letter under Section 39 of the Arms Act.

At this stage, ld. counsel for the applicant states that the applicant has undergone sentence for nearly two years and fairly concedes that after being released on interim bail for a period of one week granted by this Court vide order dated 07.06.2021, the applicant was arrested in another case.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to take all such remedy as may be available to the applicant in accordance with law. 4.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted and the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
