(b) quash Criminal Complaint Case bearing no.13817 of 2018 titled "Safexpress Private Limited versus Vas Data Service Private Limited and Others" [CNR No. DLND020137122018] under Sections 138 and 142 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881 qua the Petitioners; (c) set aside the Impugned Order dated 03.11.2018 passed by Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in the Complaint Case bearing no.13817 of 2018 titled "Safexpress Private Limited versus Vas Data Service Private Limited and Others" [CNR No. DLND020137122018] along with all the proceedings emanating therefrom qua the Petitioners.
(d) pass any other or further order(s), which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present petition." 3.
