The present applications under Section 528 BNSS have been filed on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 30.07.2024 as well as the stay of the operation of the said order. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present applications with liberty to file an application before the concerned learned Trial Court under Section 25 of the Domestic Violence Act in view of the change in circumstances.
