By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks setting aside of order dated 17.03.2023 passed by learned ASJ, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in CA No. 400/2022.

After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the proceedings whereby the petitioner has been proceeded ex-parte.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications. 3.
