We are not very clear as to why this matter has been put up by the Registry.

By our order dated 20 January 2026, while disposing of RFA(Comm) 384/2025, we had directed that the amounts deposited by the appellants with the Registry of this Court be released to the respondent-Bank.

We clarify that this would be along with any interest which may have accrued on the said amount.

4.

The remaining amount has to be paid as per the settlement arrived at between the parties.
