The present application has been filed on behalf of the Appellant/Union of India for recording appearance of Mr. Balendu Shekhar, learned CGSC appearing for the Appellant, in the Order dated 17.07.2025 passed by this Court in the present appeal.

Learned CGSC appearing for the Appellant states that he could not appear before this Court in the present matter on 17.07.2025 because he was under the impression that the present matter is listed before this Court on 22.07.2025. He states that although an SMS alert was received, however, the same was inadvertently, overlooked by him under the bonafide belief that the present matter was listed on 22.07.2025. He, therefore, prays that his appearance may be recorded in the Order dated 17.07.2025. 3.
