I am respondent no.2 in the present case.

I have entered into a compromise with the petitioners and I have no objection if the FIR registered against the petitioners is quashed. I pray that the FIR No.80/2013 registered under Sections 323/341/354A/509/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, New Delhi, may be quashed.
