This application is preferred on behalf of the Petitioner seeking the withdrawal of present petition. This petition was originally filed under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 challenging the arbitral award dated 07.06.2023. However, it is stated that during the pendency of the petition, Petitioner and Respondent No.1 have, before the committee appointed by the Government of India in pursuance of the AMRCD Guidelines, arrived at a one-time settlement for Rs.7,38,57,188/-. In view of the settlement, present petition is sought to be withdrawn. 2.

Issue notice.

Ms. Nitya Sharma, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No. 2.

permitting the Petitioner to withdraw the present petition. 5.

In view of the order passed in I.A. 10602/2025, petition along with pending application is disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the settlement between the parties.
