Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application.

The bail application is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any.

However, in view of the fact that the Petitioner has been in custody since 23.03.2019 and has undergone incarceration for five years and four months and only 13 witnesses out of the total 25 witnesses have been examined, this Court is inclined to direct the Trial Court to expedite the trial and complete it within a period not exceeding one year.
