The present petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 03.08.2018 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A 1003/2012. Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has rejected the petitioner's challenge to the penalty order dated 06.09.2011 reducing his pay by two stages for a period of two years.

Today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner. The record shows that for the last many dates, the petitioner has been only seeking adjournments on one pretext or the other.
