The present Application has been filed seeking grant of Bail in FIR No. 14/2022 registered under Sections 406/467 /468/471 /420/120B OF IPC. 4.

Vide Order dated 30.07.2024, the petitioner had been given the liberty to approach the learned ASJ for seeking interim Bail on medical ground, which had been allowed by the learned ASJ with the same liberty to approach the Sessions Court if the need be.
