By way of the present application, the applicant seeks interim bail in FIR No. 192/2024 dated 11.03.2024 registered at Police Station Narela, for offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on the ground that he is suffering from acute psychosis and needs further treatment in a higher institute and also needs family support.

Medical status report has been filed by the State. It is categorically mentioned that on evaluation by the Psychiatrist, the applicant reported feeling fearful, suspicious, and having disturbed sleep at night. and transient psychotic disorder. It is further stated that the illness is being properly treated by the jail authority and the applicant was shifted from Psychiatric Emergency to Behaviour Therapy Ward and over the course of the treatment, his condition has improved.

In view of the above, no case is made out for the release of the applicant on interim bail.

The application is, therefore, dismissed.
