O R D E R

% 13.09.2024 1.

The present bail application is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 265/2012 dated 29.07.2012, registered at Police Station Amar Colony, for offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The petitioner, on an earlier occasion, filed a writ petition being W.P.(CRL) 1587/2024, seeking directions to the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial in a time-bound manner. 3.

The writ petition was disposed of by order dated 20.05.2024, directing the learned Trial Court to make all possible efforts to conclude the trial within a period of six to eight months.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that only four witnesses remain to be examined. He submits that the matter is listed before the learned Trial Court today and two witnesses are present before the learned Trial The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Considering that the learned Trial Court has already been directed to make all possible efforts to conclude the trial within a period of six to eight months from 20.05.2024, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present bail application at this stage.

The petitioner is at liberty to file an application afresh if the trial does not conclude within the time as directed by order dated 20.05.2024 in W.P.(CRL) 1587/2024.

The present bail application is disposed of with the aforesaid observations. Pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
