The present petition under Section 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, seeks the following prayers:

"a) pass appropriate orders against the contemnor/ respondent for, violating order dated 24.02.2015 passed in Crl. M.C. No. 5733/2014 titled as "Surender Singh Vs. Avinash Kaur" and punish him for making willfully perjured statement before court of law, b) award the cost of litigation in favour of petitioner and against the contemnor, in the interest of justice."

None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last dates of hearing, i.e., 17.03.2025, 12.08.2025 and 28.10.2025 as well. 5.

Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that all the arrears have been cleared.
