After hearing arguments for some time, Ms. Maheshwari, learned counsel for petitioner states that though there was no justifiable reason to condone the delay but since a discretion has been exercised in the present matter in favour of a consumer, she does not wish to press her petition any further. 2.

She, however, prays that the learned State Commission be requested to conclude the hearing with respect to the main appeal as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent also states that he would extend his best co-operation in this regard.

In view of the above the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 5.

Both the parties would extend their best co-operation and render due assistance to the State Commission so that the appeal is heard and disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
