The present application is filed seeking substitution in place of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petitioner has expired during the pendency of the present proceedings. The applicant is stated to be the wife of the deceased petitioner.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed and Ms. Sharlie Kakkar is substituted in place of the petitioner. CRL.L.P. 613/2019 4.

Ms. Sharlie Kakkar is present in person.

She submits that she does not wish to pursue the present proceedings.

She seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition. 7.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
