% 06.02.2017 Crl. M A 2120/2017 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(CRL) 396/2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably. It is prayed that complaint Case No. 1475/1/2007 under Section 384/506 IPC read with Section 200 of the Cr.PC titled P K Basson Vs. Prem Chand Goyal & Ors. pending in the Court of MM, Saket Cours, New Delhi and the proceedings may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present in person along with his counsel. He submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner out of his own free will and without any threat or coercion, vide Compromise Deed dated 24th December, 2016.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, Complaint Case No. 1475/1/2007 titled P K Basson Vs. Prem Chand Goyal & Ors, under Sections 384/506 IPC read with Section 200 of Cr. P C is quashed.

The writ petition stands disposed of. Dasti.
