On 03.02.2025, the Court had recorded that there was no appearance on behalf of the Plaintiffs on 06.10.2023, 05.02.2024, 04.09.2024 and 05.12.2024. Even on 03.02.2025, there was no appearance on behalf of the Plaintiffs and the Court had directed that in case there was no appearance on behalf of the Plaintiffs on the next date i.e., 08.07.2025, the suit would be dismissed for non-prosecution.

It appears that the Plaintiffs are not interested in prosecuting the present suit. Accordingly, the suit is dismissed in default and for nonprosecution along with pending application.
