% 20.08.2024 Present petition has been filed for quashing of case FIR no.395 dated 27.11.2013 registered under Section 336/509/506/34 IPC at PS Anand Viharand all the other proceedings emanating therefrom. In terms of the orders dated 30.07.2024 and 05.08.2024, Mr. Ravi Shrivastava, Trustee of Bharat Blind School has appeared through VC. There are 25 to 30 children in the school. The petitioners have agreed for providing the lunch to the children from 01.09.2024 to 30.09.2024. The menu shall be decided by the management of the school.
