% 12.01.2016 Learned counsel for respondent no.1 has handed over a notification of Government of India dated 7th April, 2015 with regard to Central Assistance to States/Union Territories under National Food Security Act, 2013 for meeting the expenditure on intra-State movement and handling of foodgrains and fair price shop dealers' margin. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the same.

With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
