A Petition under Article 226 Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed with the prayer that the FIR No.275/2017 under Section 419/420/477A registered at Sector-23, Dwarka (South-West) be transferred from Economic Offences Wing, Mandir Marg, New Delhi to CBI or any other Investigation Team.

However, the Chargesheet has already been filed in the Trial Court.

The investigations were monitored by this Court and eventually Chargesheet has been filed.
