The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.1413/2016 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC, registered with PS Mehrauli and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 3.
The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. She is present in the Court and is identified by the IO. Respondent no.2 states that all her disputes and differences with the petitioners have been resolved. She said that the FIR in question was registered in view of the matrimonial disputes that had arisen between her and petitioner no.1. She states that they
have since secured a decree of divorce by mutual consent. She states that although allegations had been made by her against family members of petitioner no.1 (including petitioner nos.2 and 3), she does not have any further grievances against them and joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed.

The petitioners are also present in the Court and are identified by their counsel.
They also state that they have resolved all their disputes with respondent no.2 and have no grievances against her. 5.
In view of the statements made by the petitioners and respondent no.2, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition. 6.
Accordingly, FIR No.1413/2016 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC, registered with PS Mehrauli and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

The concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2) shall sign this order as an acknowledgment of their statements recorded herein. 8.
The pending application is also disposed of.
