These Appeals, under Order XLIII Rule 1(a) read with Section 104 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, assail the Order dated 12.10.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in I.A. No.8684/2022 and I.A. No.11951/2022 in CS (OS) No.219/1972. 2.
At the outset, learned counsel for the Appellants seek permission to withdraw the present Appeals in order to raise all the objections before the concerned learned Trial Court. 3.
Acceding to the same, leave, as sought for, is granted. 4.
Accordingly, the present Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
The present Apeals, along with pending applications, if any, are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
