By an order dated 13.08.2025, it was recorded as follows:- "1.

The petitioner is unrepresented when the matter is taken up for hearing. The same was the position on the last date of hearing, i.e. 03.04.2025.

Mr. Udit Seth, learned counsel for the respondent, is requested to forward a copy of this order to learned counsel for the petitioner, and also to send a copy to the petitioner by speed post at the address mentioned in the memo of parties. 3.

In the event, the petitioner does not enter appearance on the next date of hearing, it may be presumed that he is not interested in prosecuting the petition any further. 4.

In the interest of justice, list on 08.09.2025, in the category of "for Admission" matters."
