% 09.08.2016 Crl. M.A. No.3584/2016 This is an application moved by the appellant to compound the present appeal in view of the payment of the civil liability to the respondent. The civil liability of the appellant was adjudged as Rs.1.04 lacs. The parties arrived at a settlement for Rs.82,000/- Out of the said amount Rs.70,000/- already stands paid, and the balance amount of Rs.12,000/- has been tendered in court today by way of a demand draft bearing no.693795 dated 08.08.2016 drawn on State Bank of India.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the respondent does not oppose the application. The same is, accordingly, allowed. The appeal stands disposed of as compounded.
