Learned counsel on behalf of the respondent submits that the SRB Meeting was held on 30.08.2024 in which 196 cases were stated to be taken up. However, all the cases could not be taken up. Though the case of the petitioner has been taken, the next meeting of the SRB is listed for 11.09.2024 in continuation for the cases which could not be taken.

It is further submitted that because of the legislative vacuum which was created, the letter has been written by the Law Department of Govt. of NCT of Delhi to the Ministry of home Affairs to seek an alternate way. 4.

In view of the circumstances, two weeks time is granted to the respondent.
