The present writ petition seeks the following relief: "(a) Pass/ issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby quashing ECIR/ DLZO-II/ 52/ 2021 and all proceedings emanating therefrom;"

Mr. Arkaj Kumar, Special Counsel for Directorate of Enforcement, states that in fact, a closure report was filed before the Special Judge, in respect of the aforenoted case, which has been accepted on 07th June, 2024. The said order reads as follows:

Fresh closure report received by way of assignment. It be checked and registered.

This closure report is filed in ECIR No. DLZO-II/52/21 dated 12.04.2021 on the ground that thi ECIR was registered on the basis of FIR no. 60/2021 registered at PS EOW under Section 420/406/120B IPC. It is stated that the said FIR has now been quashed by Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 05.07.2023 passed in W.P. (Crl.) 1788/2023 Pawan Sharma Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. I have perused the file and allegations.
Computer generated copy of order of Hon'ble High Court attested by Enforcement Directorate alongwith closure report. In view of the same, closure report is accepted. File be consigned to record room.
Copy of order be given dasti to ld. Spl. PP Sh. Atul Sharma."

In view of the foregoing, since the proceedings itself have been closed, no further directions are required to be passed in the present case. 4.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, along with pending application.
