This petition is filed on behalf of the Decree Holder under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Order XXI Rule 10 and 11 (2) CPC seeking enforcement of the arbitral award dated 11.04.2024. 2.
It is conceded by learned counsel for the Decree Holder that principal amount has been paid by the Judgment Debtor along with some amount towards the interest component and as per the calculation chart given by the Judgment Debtor itself, an amount of Rs.15,67,096/- is due and payable as on date.

Learned counsel for the Judgment Debtor submits, on instructions from Mr. Rajeev Saxena, Deputy Director, Department of Social Welfare, GNCTD, who is present in Court that the balance amount shall be paid to the Decree Holder within six weeks from today.
