O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 553/2024 1.

This petition, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"], has been filed for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, who is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Collaboration and Joint Venture Agreement dated 03.07.2015.

The pleadings in the arbitral proceedings were completed on 13.01.2022. The parties extended the mandate by mutual consent for a O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 553/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. period of six months until 01.09.2023. The mandate was thereafter extended by an order of this Court dated 24.01.2024 in OMP (MISC) (COMM) 669/2023 until 30.06.2024.

I am informed that the proceedings are at the stage of respondent's evidence. One witness remains to be examined. 4.

Mr. H.S. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice, and states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed, and the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of six months w.e.f. 30.06.2024.

The petition stands disposed of in these terms.
