The present petition has been filed under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 113/2023 under Sections 498A/406/313/354/354C/34 IPC and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act registered at Police Station Darya Ganj.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted interim protection by this Court vide order dated 08.11.2023, pursuant to which she has joined the investigation, which position is not disputed by the learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court. 3.
The learned APP, on instructions further states that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner being arrested, she be released on bail subject to her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that she will join investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer concerned.
