This petition, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["the Act"], has been filed for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Contract dated 01.05.2012. 2.

October, 2023, after which certain additional documents have been filed as a result of which further time is required. The learned arbitral tribunal, by a communication dated 20.07.2024, has indicated that the parties should take extension of time till 15.09.2024. 3.

Mr. Abhimanyu Garg, learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice, and states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed, and the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended until 15.09.2024 w.e.f. 31.07.2024.
